What we repair
Most hot tub failures fall into a short list. We handle the full range on site for cabin rentals and homeowners across the Broken Bow and Hochatown area.
- Heater elements and thermostats — tub stays cold, trips the breaker, or short-cycles
- Circulation and jet pumps — humming, grinding, won't prime, leaking at the seal
- Control packs and topside panels — error codes, dead displays, sensor faults
- Jets and diverters — broken, cracked, frozen in place, missing inserts
- Plumbing leaks — under-shell, union, manifold, or jet body leaks
- Ozonators and UV sanitizers — failed bulbs, dead generators
- Cover lifters and bushings — replacements, alignment, hardware
How a repair visit works
Step 1: triage
You describe the symptoms by phone or text. Sometimes that's enough to tell us what part to bring. If not, we book a diagnostic visit.
Step 2: diagnostic visit
Flat diagnostic fee covers up to an hour on-site, testing components, isolating the fault, and giving you a written quote for the repair. If you proceed with the repair on the same visit, the diagnostic fee is applied to the labor cost.
Step 3: repair
Most common repairs we can do on the spot. If we need a part we don't carry, we order it, give you an ETA, and schedule the return visit. For cabin rentals on a turnover deadline, we'll prioritize getting the tub functional even if the full repair is two visits.
What it costs
Hot tub repair pricing varies more than people expect because parts vary. As a guide for the Broken Bow region:
- Diagnostic visit: flat fee, applied to repair if you proceed
- Common repairs (heater element, topside replacement, single jet pump seal): $250 to $600 parts and labor combined, typical
- Larger jobs (pump replacement, control pack swap, multiple leaks): $500 to $1,200 typical, more for high-end tubs with proprietary parts
- Cabin rental priority response (same day, in season): small surcharge
We give a written quote before any work begins. No mystery invoices.
Common brands we service
Master Spas, Hot Spring, Bullfrog, Caldera, Sundance, Jacuzzi, Cal Spas, Coleman, Aquarest, Lifesmart, plus the box-store brands you'll find in cabin builds. Generic and discontinued models too. If you can name the brand, we can usually source the part.
Cabin rental and property manager work
Most of our repair work is on STR cabins. We understand the constraints: tight turnover windows, guests in the unit, and reviews on the line. Property managers running 10+ cabins should look at our recurring maintenance contracts instead of one-off repairs. Recurring service prevents most of the breakdowns that trigger emergency calls in the first place.
