Brands we service

What we work on

A quick map of hot tub brands common in Broken Bow and Hochatown. If yours isn't here, call us — we service most major and minor brands and can source parts for nearly everything.

Builder-installed

Brands common in Hochatown spec cabins

These are the tubs developers buy in volume. Solid units, but they take a beating from STR turnover and inconsistent water care.

  • Master Spas
  • Cal Spas
  • Marquis Spas

Premium

Owner-chosen and high-end residential

Tubs people picked themselves — usually homeowners or premium STR investors. Better engineering, longer-lived parts.

  • Jacuzzi
  • Hot Spring
  • Caldera
  • Sundance
  • Bullfrog Spas

Plug-and-play (110V)

Costco, Home Depot, and Lowe's tubs

Plug into a regular outlet — no electrician needed, which is why budget cabins choose them. See the cold-weather note below before you assume yours is broken.

  • Aquaterra
  • Lifesmart
  • AquaRest

Inflatable

Coleman, Intex, Bestway

We service the equipment side — pumps, heaters, chemistry, filters. We can't repair a punctured shell.

  • Coleman SaluSpa
  • Intex PureSpa
  • Bestway

Brand FAQ

Quick answers

I don't know what brand my hot tub is — how do I find out?
Three places to check: the topside control panel usually has a logo, the equipment door (the access panel on the side of the cabinet) often has a manufacturer sticker, and the cover sometimes has the brand on the corner strap. If you can send us a photo of the topside and the equipment bay, we can identify it.
My plug-and-play hot tub stops heating when the jets run in winter — is it broken?
Almost certainly not. Plug-and-play 110V tubs (Aquaterra, Lifesmart, most Costco and Home Depot tubs) can only run one major component at a time. When the jets are on, the heater shuts off — which means the water temperature drops during use. In a Hochatown January, that gap can be significant. The fix is either accepting the limitation or upgrading to a 240V hookup, which requires an electrician.
Do you work on inflatable hot tubs like Coleman SaluSpa or Intex?
We service the equipment — pumps, heaters, chemistry, filters. We don't repair the inflatable shell itself. If the tub is leaking from a puncture, replacement is usually cheaper than repair. We can advise.
What if my brand isn't on this list?
Call us. We work on most major and minor brands. For brands we don't see often, parts are usually available within a week through standard spa supply channels.

Not sure what brand you have?

Send a photo of the topside panel or equipment bay. We'll identify it and tell you what to expect on the visit.
